Loomis AB has successfully completed the issuance of EUR 300 million senior unsecured bonds with a coupon of 4.125% and a tenor of 5 years.
The bonds have been issued under its EUR 2 billion EMTN Programme dated 29 May 2026 as supplemented on 2 September 2026. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including financing of the acquisition of Hermes Transportes Blindados S.A..
“We are pleased by the significant interest and strong support this transaction received. The outcome provides financing for our ongoing acquisition of Hermes in Peru and supports our continued growth strategy”, comments Johan Wilsby, Chief Financial Officer.
The active bookrunners were Nordea and Société Générale. The passive bookrunner was BBVA.
The bonds will be listed and admitted to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin and have a rating of BBB by S&P Global.
