Listing prospectus for NoHo Partners Plc's EUR 50 million senior secured notes is available

NoHo Partners Plc (“NoHo Partners” or the “Company”) announced on 3 September 2026 its decision to issue EUR 50 million senior secured floating rate notes (the “Notes”). The Notes mature on 10 September 2030 and bear interest at a rate of three-month EURIBOR plus a margin of 4.375 per cent. per annum. The issue price of the Notes is 100 per cent.

The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved the listing prospectus of the Notes. The prospectus is available later today in English on NoHo Partners’ website at www.noho.fi.

NoHo Partners will submit an application for the Notes to be admitted to trading on a regulated market maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. Trading on the Notes is expected to commence on or about 25 September 2026 under the trading code NOHJVAIH30.

OP Corporate Bank plc acted as the sole lead manager and bookrunner for the issue of the Notes. Castrén & Snellman Attorneys Ltd acted as legal advisor to NoHo Partners and Borenius Attorneys Ltd acted as legal advisor to OP Corporate Bank plc.
