Listing of UAB Kvartalas additional bonds on Nasdaq Baltic regulated market

Nasdaq Vilnius decided to admit for trading on the regulated market, operated by AB Nasdaq Vilnius, 10 000 units of additionally distributed bonds of UAB Kvartalas (ISIN code LT0000411167), each with a nominal value of 100 EUR, at the request of the Company. 

Proceeding from the above, the additional bonds of UAB Kvartalas will be listed on August 11, 2026. 

From August 11, 2026, a total bond issue worth 56 000 000 euros will be traded under the trading order book KVRTB080026A.
