Listing of AB Tewox additional bonds on Nasdaq Baltic regulated market

Nasdaq Vilnius decided to admit for trading on the regulated market, operated by AB Nasdaq Vilnius, 5 618 units of additionally distributed bonds of AB „Tewox“ (ISIN code LT0000138281), each with a nominal value of 1 000 EUR, at the request of the Company.

From October 2, 2026, a total bond issue worth 23 020 000 euros will be listed on the Nasdaq Baltic regulated market under the trading order book TWXB080029A. The trading of additionally listed bonds will start from October 5, 2026.
