(Oslo, 19 August 2026) – LINK Mobility returned to organic gross profit growth in Q2'26 in line with expectations and reiterates its H2'26 guidance. Record contract wins, scaling OTT channels and continued strength across the broader customer base reinforce confidence in delivering mid- to high-single digit organic gross profit growth in the second half of the year.
Q2’26 performance supports confidence in H2'26 growth outlook • Organic gross profit growth returned to positive territory at 2% in Q2'26, improving 3 percentage points QoQ and in line with expectations. • Commercial momentum remained strong, with record contract wins of NOK 53 million during the quarter. On an LTM basis, contract wins reached NOK 184 million, up 16% year-over-year. • OTT solutions represented a significant portion of record contract wins during the quarter. At the same time, RCS and WhatsApp volumes continued to deliver triple-digit year-over-year growth. • The broader customer base continued to perform well, with net retention improving from 96% to 101% QoQ
Record profitability, strong cash generation and disciplined capital allocation Gross profit reached NOK 492 million in Q2'26. Foreign exchange movements had a negative impact of NOK 21 million during the quarter, implying gross profit of NOK 513 million adjusted for currency effects. Supported by the strong gross profit performance and continued operational discipline, adjusted EBITDA and EBITDA reached record levels of NOK 272 million and NOK 252 million, respectively. Strong cash generation resulted in NOK 192 million of operating cash flow during the quarter and an LTM adjusted EBITDA cash conversion ratio of 87%. LINK also completed two accretive bolt-on acquisitions during the quarter, demonstrating continued execution of its disciplined capital allocation strategy.
