LINK Mobility - LINK acquires LabsMobile to strengthen position in Spain and expand presence in Latin America

(Oslo, 5 October 2026) - LINK Mobility ("LINK") has acquired 001Tech S.L., operating under the brand name LabsMobile, a Spanish provider of SMS and messaging solutions founded in 2009, serving more than 3,000 customers across Spain and Latin America.

Through the acquisition, LINK further strengthens its position in Spain and expands its presence across Latin America. Approximately 27% of LabsMobile's revenue is generated in Spain, while around 2/3 originates from Latin America, primarily Mexico and Colombia. The company has demonstrated strong growth over recent years and is expected to achieve a gross profit CAGR of 37% from 2023 to 2026.

LabsMobile operates primarily as a single-channel SMS provider, creating opportunities to cross-sell LINK's broader product portfolio, including WhatsApp Business and RCS, to more than 3,000 customers across Spain and Latin America.

LINK expects to benefit from procurement and routing optimization opportunities, supporting further margin expansion. LINK has acquired LabsMobile for a cash consideration of EUR 2.4 million The transaction corresponds to an EV/FY25 adjusted EBITDA multiple of approximately 6.5x.
