Latour expands Nord-Lock Group’s business offering within critical fasteners by acquisition of Bolt and Nut Manufacturing Limited

Investment AB Latour (publ) has, through its wholly owned business area Nord-Lock Group, signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of Bolt and Nut Manufacturing Limited (Bolt and Nut).

Founded in 2008, Bolt and Nut is a leading manufacturer of specialty bolts and non-standard fasteners. Exporting globally from its facility in Wolverhampton, UK, it supplies highly demanding industries such as Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, Power Generation, Nuclear, and Defense. Bolt and Nut have a revenue exceeding 17 MGBP and a profitability level above Latour’s wholly-owned industrial operations.

In connection with the acquisition of Bolt and Nut, Nord-Lock Group is also acquiring the remaining 25 per cent of the shares in Energy Bolting Ltd, based in Wolverhampton. Together, the two companies will form a strong UK-based platform within specialty bolting, with significant opportunities for further growth and development.

As an effect of the acquisition the net debt (excl. IFRS 16) of the Latour Group is expected to increase compared to the net debt level at the end of June 2026, to around SEK 12.6 billion, all else equal.

The closing of the acquisition is estimated to be finalised during Q4 2026.
