On 22 June 2026, the Board of Directors of Bong AB (the “Company”) resolved on a new issue of shares with preferential rights for existing shareholders (the “Rights Issue”). The Rights Issue has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The last day for trading in paid subscribed shares is 5 August 2026, and paid subscribed shares are expected to be converted into ordinary shares on 11 August 2026.
