Lars-Gunnar Nilsson appointed new CEO of PMC Hydraulics Group

Dacke Industri is pleased to announce the appointment of Lars-Gunnar Nilsson as CEO of PMC Hydraulics Group, effective 24 August 2026.

Lars-Gunnar Nilsson brings more than 25 years of experience leading international industrial companies with a strong focus on engineering, manufacturing, system solutions and global OEM customers. Throughout his career, he has successfully driven profitable growth, business transformation, operational improvements and international expansion across multiple markets. Most recently, as President and CEO of PanLink, he led a multi-site European organisation serving customers within rail, industrial automation and electrification. His previous leadership positions include Textron GSE, Safeaero, PartnerTech and more, where he gained experience in industrial operations, customer-focused business development and leading organisations through change and growth.

After several years as CEO of PMC Hydraulics Group, Mikael Lundgren will step down from the operational role. Going forward, Mikael will serve as Chairman of the Board of PMC Hydraulics Group while continuing as President of the Power & Motion division at Dacke Industri.
