Kvika banki hf.: Change of ticker for the bond series TM 15 1

Kvika banki hf. (“Kvika” or the “Bank”) has applied for the ticker of the bond series TM 15 1 (ISIN: IS0000025930) to be changed to KVIKA 45 0515 T2i.

Applications for the change have been submitted to Nasdaq Iceland and, in parallel, to Nasdaq CSD. The change is expected to take effect on 15 September 2026.

The change is intended to align the ticker of the bond series with the name of the issuer. It does not entail any change to the issuer of the bond series, its ISIN, the rights of bondholders or any other terms of the series. All other terms of the bond series will remain unchanged.
