Oslo, 14 September 2026: On 21 August 2026, Komplett ASA (the "Company" or "Komplett") announced the initiation of a non-discretionary share buy-back programme for up to 2 000 000 existing shares in Komplett, equivalent to 1.14 per cent of Komplett's shares in issue, with the purpose of facilitating the future exercise of options under the Company's Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programme. The maximum aggregate amount allocated to the buy-back programme is NOK 18 million.
In the period from 7 September 2026 to 11 September 2026, Komplett purchased a total of 72 400 own shares at Euronext Oslo Børs at an average price of NOK 6.9717 per share. Since the commencement of the buy-back programme, Komplett has purchased a total of 274 300 own shares, corresponding to approximately 0.16 per cent of the shares in issue.
