Kinetics LNG Holdings Limited - Release of Funds
Kinetics LNG Holdings Limited hereby announces, in accordance with Clause 12.5(h) of the bond terms dated 6 November 2025, that an amount of USD 38,000,000 has been released from the Issuer’s Investment Account.
The funds will be applied toward payments due to the Contractor under the Conversion Works Agreement in respect of the Collateral Vessels.
