Key information relating to the proposed supplemental cash dividend for the Financial Year 2025

Reference is made to the proposed supplemental cash dividend to the shareholders of Goodtech ASA announced on 17 September 2026.

The Board of Directors will propose to the Extraordinary General Meeting a supplemental dividend of NOK 2.00 per share for the financial year 2025.

Subject to approval by the Extraordinary General Meeting, the dividend will be distributed according to the following key dates:

Dividend amount: 2.00 Announced currency: NOK Last day including rights: 15 October 2026 Ex date: 16 October 2026 Record date: 19 October 2026 Payment date: 28 October 2026 Date of approval: 15 October 2026

Shareholders registered in the VPS on the record date will be entitled to receive the dividend.
