Sofia Norling Janzon is a qualified lawyer and employment law specialist with extensive in-house experience across several industries, advising employers both with and without collective bargaining agreements. Her background spans internal investigations, reorganisations, terminations and dismissals, and employment law compliance, alongside substantial experience in union negotiations.
"I know what it means to make fast, business-critical decisions that still hold up legally. That's the experience from the corporate side that I now bring to our clients," says Sofia Norling Janzon, lawyer and Legal Director at MAQS Advokatbyrå, soon to become Keelion Law.
Elsa Berkes focuses primarily on employment terms, terminations, reorganisations, workplace health and safety, and collective agreements, as well as employment law issues arising from business transfers and transitions.
"Our ambition is to build one of Sweden's leading employment law teams, with particular strength in complex, cross-border matters. We have extensive experience in this area and a genuine commitment to providing personal, tailored advice at the right level. With our new colleagues onboard, we're continuing to take major steps forward," says Sofia Pedersen, Partner, and Head of Employment Law at MAQS Advokatbyrå AB, soon to become Keelion Law.
"I'm proud of everything we've achieved in recent years and of the strong client relationships we've built and continue to grow. Demand for employment law advice is high, so it's great to see our team expanding. It strengthens our ability to support clients on international employment law matters, including global mobility and European Works Councils (EWC), as well as reorganisations in security-sensitive operations," says Sofia Pedersen.
