Katjes International grows by 55% in the first half of the year

• Group revenue up by around 55% to EUR 256.0 million
• EBITDA rises to EUR 15.8 million
• Existing guidance for full-year confirmed

Emmerich, September 8, 2026 – Katjes International continued its growth trajectory in the first half of 2026, increasing Group revenue by around 55% to EUR 256.0 million (previous year: EUR 164.8 million). EBITDA rose by around 14% to EUR 15.8 million (previous year: EUR 13.9 million). The acquisition of Nature Delivered Ltd. (“Graze”) from Unilever and the investment in Missoni also marked important strategic milestones in the Group’s continued development.

Graze, one of the UK’s best-known healthy snacking brands, has been part of the Katjes International portfolio since February 2026. In addition to the brand, the acquisition includes the London based production site with around 180 employees.

Katjes Quiet Luxury, established in 2025, also continued to expand its portfolio. Following the acquisition of a majority stake in the Bogner Group in September 2025, Katjes Quiet Luxury acquired an interest of around 27% in the Italian luxury brand Missoni in May 2026. The investment adds another globally recognised brand distinguished by its unique identity and commitment to quality.

The strong revenue growth and improved earnings were driven primarily by the inclusion of the Bogner companies, which have been part of the Group since September 2025, and the first-time consolidation of Graze from February 2026. As Bogner – like large parts of the existing portfolio – traditionally generates a significant share of its business in the second half of the year, Katjes International expects earnings to increase substantially over the remainder of 2026.

The financial foundation for the Group’s continued growth remains solid. As of June 30, 2026, Group equity amounted to approximately EUR 255.1 million, corresponding to an equity ratio of around 30%. Despite the acquisitions completed during the period, Katjes International maintained a comfortable liquidity position of EUR 74.1 million as of the reporting date.

Katjes International remains confident about the full year and confirms its guidance of at least EUR 650 million in Group revenue and an EBITDA margin of between 10% and 12%.
