Kaldalón hf.: Confirmation of Financial and Special Covenants of Bond Series

KPMG ehf. is the verification agent for Kaldalón hf. in connection with the issuance of the company's bonds, with respect to the status of the financial and special conditions of the general security arrangement. The role of the verification agent is to examine and confirm the issuer's assumptions and calculations regarding the status of the issuer's financial and special conditions in connection with annual and interim financial statements.

KPMG has now completed its review of the issuer's assumptions and calculations regarding the financial covenants and confirms that Kaldalón hf. meets all financial covenants and special conditions of the bond series and the general security arrangement as at 30.06.2026.
