Kaldalón hf.: Change to the company‘s alternate board members

Gunnar Henrik Gunnarsson has notified Kaldalón that, due to personal circumstances, he intends to step down as an alternate member of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective today.
The decision has no impact on Kaldalón. The Company’s Board of Directors will continue to consist of five members, and henceforth one alternate member instead of two.
