Vilnius/Riga/Tallinn, Nasdaq Baltic Market, July 31, 2026 – Nasdaq (NDAQ) announces that bonds issued by KAITA LV Living SIA, a company of KAITA Group, have been admitted to trading on the Nasdaq Baltic First North Market via Nasdaq Vilnius.
During the public offering, the company raised up to EUR 2.8 million by issuing secured two-year bonds with an annual interest rate of 10%. The bonds will mature on July 31, 2028.
The issue attracted interest from investors across the Baltic countries. Investors submitted orders totaling more than EUR 5.3 million during the offering, with demand for the bonds exceeding the amount offered by nearly two times. The proceeds will be used to refinance the Youston Riga co-living project in Riga. The project comprises 174 apartments and currently maintains an occupancy rate of approximately 95%.
“We congratulate the KAITA Group team, which has already completed 26 real estate projects and is today taking another step in the capital markets through KAITA LV Living with a EUR 2.8 million bond issue to finance the Youston Riga project. This is already the 32nd bond issue completed on the Nasdaq Baltic market this year. Such activity demonstrates that the Baltic capital market is becoming an important and reliable source of growth financing for companies. Behind every issuer’s decision lies confidence in its business model, an opportunity for investors to participate in the growth of specific projects, and another contribution to the development of a more mature Baltic capital market. We wish the KAITA team continued success on its journey,” said Gediminas Varnas, President of Nasdaq Vilnius.
“Our bond issues have seen investor demand exceed supply on more than one occasion. We view this as a sign of confidence in our chosen direction: the development and management of investment housing designed to generate returns. Our long-standing experience across various European markets enables us to offer investors a proven business model. This is valued by both institutional and experienced investors, as well as retail investors. We remain committed to earning and maintaining their trust by continuing to expand our operations in European capital cities,” said Ugnius Latvys, CEO of KAITA LV Living SIA.
The bonds were allocated on a pro rata basis, with investors receiving approximately 50% of the amount they had requested to invest. As the bonds are indivisible, the number of bonds allocated was rounded, resulting in a slightly lower final allocation for some investors.
The bond issue was arranged by Orion Securities, the certified adviser was law firm TEGOS, and the bond trustee was Audifina UAB.
