Jure Mikolčić elected to Fortaco's board of directors

Fortaco announced on 4 May 2026 that Jure Mikolčić has been appointed the company’s President & CEO. He has started in the role on 1 August 2026.
Fortaco Group Holdco Plc’s sole shareholder OEP 81 B.V., a company governed by One Equity Partners, has on 2 August 2026 made a resolution in a matter falling under the competence of the general meeting in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 1(2) of the Finnish Companies Act (624/2006, as amended) without convening a general meeting. It was resolved to elect Jure Mikolčić as the sole ordinary member of the board of directors of the company, replacing Mika Mahlberg.
Fortaco’s board of directors consists of one ordinary member and one deputy member. Fortaco’s board of directors consists of Jure Mikolčić as the ordinary member and Heikki Saarinen as the deputy member.
