JM starting production of housing in Hägersten, Stockholm
JM is starting production of the Bella project, which comprises 100 tenant-owned units in Telefonplan.
Bella comprises seven storeys and forms a block with a total of 100 residential units and an underlying garage. Sales are underway and occupancy is planned for the first quarter of 2028, with completion of the project estimated in the third quarter of 2028. The housing start is reported within the JM Stockholm business segment in the third quarter of 2026.
