CLARIFICATION ON TERMINATION OF THE EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP WITH KEY
GROUP MANAGEMENT
Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), October 8th, 2026 – Interpump Group S.p.A. , at the request the Supervisory Authority, and with reference to the press release dated October 6th, 2026, clarifies that the termination of the employment relationship with Mr. Riccardo Mastronardi was initiated solely by the Company, and that there are currently no non -compete covenants and/or settlement agreements in place.
