iOmx Therapeutics Appoints Rüdiger Wolff as Chief Financial Officer

Martinsried / Munich, Germany, October 1, 2026 – iOmx Therapeutics AG (iOmx), a biopharmaceutical company developing next-generation immuno-oncology therapeutics designed to overcome resistance in solid tumors, today announced the appointment of Rüdiger Wolff as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective today.

Rüdiger Wolff joins iOmx with extensive experience in finance leadership roles within the life sciences and technology sectors. He most recently served as Senior Vice President Finance at CureVac, where he contributed significantly to the company’s successful Nasdaq IPO in 2020 and held key responsibilities across financing activities, SEC financial reporting and organizational transformation processes. Previously, he held several finance leadership positions at CureVac and Woodward GmbH, with responsibilities across corporate finance, financial operations and international business activities.

Rüdiger Wolff is a Certified German Tax Advisor and holds a degree in law from the University of Freiburg. He started his professional career at KPMG and subsequently held finance leadership positions at Praxair, Woodward and CureVac.
