INVITALIA CLOSES ITS FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AS AT 31 DECEMBER 2025 WITH
A NET INCOME OF EURO 9.16 MILLION

Rome, July 23, 2026 - Today, Invitalia’ s Shareholders’ Meeting approved the financial statements as at 31 December 2025, with a net income of euro 9.16 million . The Group’s consolidated financial statements closed with a net income attributable of euro 12.3 million.
Throughout 2025, Invitalia continued its efforts to support the production sector, with a particular focus on the regions of Southern Italy, supporting over 62,000 business investment projects .
During the year, Invitalia also contributed to enable more than euro 22.7 billion in public and private investments.
In its role as a partner of Public Administrations managing EU and national operational programs, Invitalia supported the implementation of key EU programs, strengthening the administrative capacity of public administrations. A total of 67 programs were supported.
As a Central Contracting Authority ( “Centrale di Committenza”) and Qualified Contracting Station ( “Stazione Appaltante” ), the Company has accelerated the implementation of strategic initiatives for territorial cohesion and economic growth and improved their effectiveness. During the financial year 303 tender procedures were published, with a total value of approximately euro 3.3 billion , and 263 tender procedures were awarded , with a total value of approximately euro 1 billion .
The Company assisted the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy ( MIMIT) in managing crisis task forces and in acquiring equity stakes in companies, through the participatory instruments ( equity and debt). There were 21 interventions carried out through the Business Protection Fund (“Fondo Salvaguardia Imprese”) and the Grow in the South Fund (“Fondo Cresci al Sud” ), totaling euro 78.9 million.
Invitalia made a significant contribution to the implementation of the public investment programs under the PNRR, a reference pointand center of expertise in Program Management to accelerate particularly complex investment projects.
