Intrum, Europe’s leading credit management services company, has entered into an agreement to co-invest with Brocc Finance to acquire a non-performing consumer finance loan portfolio from Entercard, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Swedbank.
The consumer loan portfolio covers the Nordic markets, comprises approximately 17,500 loans and amounts to around SEK 4 billion gross. Intrum will act as the servicer for the portfolio following completion of the transaction.
The transaction further strengthens Intrum’s partnership with Brocc Finance and is consistent with Intrum’s strategy to grow its capital-light investments through long-term partnerships with institutional capital providers, while leveraging its servicing capabilities across Europe.
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to required regulatory approval.
