Intrum AB announces the results of the tender offers to the holders of outstanding senior secured exchange notes set out in the table below (together, the “Notes” and each a “Series”) issued by Intrum Investments and Financing AB (the “Offeror”) for purchase by the Offeror for cash:
(i) in respect of the Euro-denominated 7.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2027 (the “EUR 2027 Notes”) and the SEK-denominated 7.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2027 (the “SEK 2027 Notes” and, together with the EUR 2027 Notes, the “2027 Notes”), at the purchase price set out in the table below for each relevant Series of 2027 Notes (such price for each Series of 2027 Notes, the relevant “Fixed Purchase Price”); and
(ii) in respect of the 7.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2028 (the “EUR 2028 Notes”), at prices determined pursuant to a separate unmodified Dutch auction (each such price, the “Variable Purchase Price”),
in each case on the terms and subject to the conditions set out in the tender offer memorandum dated 28 August 2026 (the “Tender Offer Memorandum”) prepared by the Offeror. The Offeror has accepted for purchase validly tendered Notes using a “waterfall” methodology, under which the Offeror has accepted Notes in the order of their respective Acceptance Priority Levels. Capitalized terms used in this announcement but not defined have the meanings given to them in the Tender Offer Memorandum.
The Offeror today announces that it has decided to accept for purchase €192,732,321 and SEK 42,001,839 (equivalent to €3,764,625[1]) in aggregate principal amount of the Notes validly tendered pursuant to the Offers. The Notes Purchase Consideration for the Notes validly tendered and accepted for purchase is €200,000,000.

Settlement of the Offers and payment of the relevant Purchase Prices and Accrued Interest Payments in respect of the Notes accepted for purchase is expected to take place on 9 September 2026. Notes that are not tendered and accepted for purchase pursuant to the Offers will remain outstanding.
