Turin - Milan , 6 October 2026 – Intesa Sanpaolo communicates that , in accordance with the regulations in force, the amended Articles of Association were made available today at the Company’s Registered Office , as well as on the authorised storage system eMarket STORAGE and at group.intesasanpaolo.com . The amended Articles of Association were registered in the Turin Company Register on 2 October 2026 following the amendment approved at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting , held on 10 September 2026 , regarding the powers granted to the Board of Directors to approve a share capital increase functional to the voluntary public tender and exchange offer on all the ordinary shares of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena S.p.A. .
