INTESA SANPAOLO: EXECUTION OF THE SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAM FOR CANCELLATION IN THE PERIOD JULY 6 - JULY 10, 2026
Turin, Milan, July 13, 2026 – Intesa Sanpaolo, in relation to the execution of the share buyback program for cancellation (buyback) announced to the market on June 29, 2026 and initiated on July 6, 2026, informs, pursuant to applicable regulations, that in the period from July 6 to July 10, 2026 - based on information provided by the third-party intermediary BNP Paribas SA, appointed to execute the program with full independence and without any involvement from the Intesa Sanpaolo Group - it carried out the purchase transactions on the regulated market Euronext Milan managed by Borsa Italiana, summarized in the following table:
