UPDATE TO THE 2026 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR
Salerno, July 13, 2026 Mare Group S.p.A. (ticker MARE.MI), a high-tech engineering company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in Italy and abroad in innovation through proprietary platforms (“Mare Group” or the “Company”), in accordance with art. 17 of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers' Regulation, announces the addition of the following date to its corporate events calendar:
- July 20, 2026: Board of Directors meeting to review order performance in the first half of 2026, with subsequent market communication of the relevant data. Please note that these data are not subject to audit. The order update will be published semi-annually, as a further tool for informational transparency for investors.
The remaining dates in the 2026 corporate events calendar remain unchanged.
