Västra Götalandsregionen has conducted a landlord procurement for a new ambulance station and has decided to award the contract to Intea.
The new building will cover approximately 1,900 sqm and will be constructed in Överby, just outside Trollhättan. The premises will include ambulance parking bays, staff areas and a vehicle wash bay.
The lease agreement will run for a period of 15 years from completion. The annual rental value amounts to approximately SEK 3.6 million of which 100 percent will consist of base rent with 100 percent CPI indexation. The total investment is estimated at approximately SEK 50 million.
The project is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2028 and will be managed by Intea’s organisation in Vänersborg.
