DISCLOSURE ON PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

Bellini Nautica S.p.A. (the “Company” or “Bellini Nautica” or “Issuer”, BELL.MI – ISIN IT0005497042), a company founded in 1967 and heading a group (the “Bellini Group”) operating in the luxury boating sector and specializing in the production of Bellini Yacht branded boats, as well as in the trading of boats (new and used), in the restoration and trading of “Vintage Riva” and in the offering of a wide range of related services, announces that, within the framework of the program for the purchase and disposal of own shares approved by the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting on April 29, 2026 (for a period of 18 months from the date of approval by the Meeting) and initiated by the Board of Directors on May 8, 2026, in the period between July 06, 2026 and July 10, 2026 (inclusive), a total of 2,000 own shares were purchased at a weighted average price of Euro 3.0200 per share for a total consideration of Euro 6,040.00.
The purchases of own shares were carried out through Integrae SIM S.p.A., as the intermediary appointed to carry out the operations, in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions and according to the methods, terms and conditions contained in the authorization for the purchase and disposal of own shares, granted by the Ordinary Meeting. Below, based on the information provided by the aforementioned intermediary appointed for the execution of the purchases, is a summary of the purchase transactions carried out on Euronext Growth Milan in the period reported above:
