Induct AS – Receipt of subscription rights in the rights issue by primary insiders and their close associates

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Induct AS (the "Company") earlier today, 27 July 2026, regarding the commencement of the subscription period in the partially underwritten rights issue (the "Rights Issue"). As part of the Rights Issue, tradeable subscription rights ("Subscription Rights") have been allocated to the primary insiders of the Company and their close associates. Each Subscription Right will, subject to applicable law, give the right to subscribe for, and be allocated, one (1) new share in the Rights Issue.

The following number of Subscription Rights in connection with the Rights Issue have been allocated, without consideration, to primary insiders of the Company and their close associates:

• 31,936 Subscription Rights have been allocated to Synnøve Jacobsen, Chief Executive Officer of the Company • 16,646 Subscription Rights have been allocated to Grete Kvernland-Berg, board member of the Company • 2,628,220 Subscription Rights have been allocated to Jarah Invest AS, a company closely associated with board member of the Company, Jan Ragnar Herud • 1,019,925 Subscription Rights have been allocated to Solvik Holding AS, a company closely associated with the chairperson of the board of the Company, Ole Jørgen Karud.
