Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements published by Induct AS (the "Company") regarding the partially underwritten rights issue of between 16,666,666 and 22,222,222 new shares (the "Offer Shares") in the Company, at a subscription price of NOK 0.90 per share (the "Subscription Price"), raising gross proceeds of up to NOK 20 million (the "Rights Issue").

The subscription period for the Rights Issue (the "Subscription Period") will expire today, 10 August 2026 at 16:30 hours (CEST).

Correctly completed subscription forms must be received by Norne Securities AS (the "Manager"), or in the case of online subscriptions, be registered through the VPS online subscription system, by the expiry of the Subscription Period.

Subscription rights that are not used to subscribe for Offer Shares before the expiry of the Subscription Period will have no value and will lapse without compensation to the holder.
