Induct is pleased to announce the appointment of Karl Erik Brøten as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Brøten is expected to assume the role on 17 August 2026.
Brøten is a senior finance executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience from Norwegian and international businesses, primarily within telecom, software and technology.
Most recently, Brøten served as interim Head of Finance for Arribatec ASA, a software and digital business solutions company listed on Euronext Growth. Arribatec provides enterprise software, cloud, ERP and business process solutions to customers across multiple international markets. Through this role, Brøten gained recent experience from a listed software company, including restructuring, liquidity management, financial reporting and capital markets communication.
Before his role in Arribatec, Brøten held several CFO positions within the Telenor Group, including in Hungary, Pakistan, Malaysia and Bangladesh. He has also served as CFO of Telia Norway and Gulf Bridge International in Qatar. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in financing, financial reporting, performance management, strategy, investor relations and board support.

Brøten will succeed Eli Cathrine Disch following the planned completion of her interim CFO assignment. Disch will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of Induct, ensuring continuity in the Company’s governance and strategic oversight.
With reference to Induct AS' ongoing rights offering, a supplement to the national prospectus dated 21 July 2026 prepared in accordance with chapter 7 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act will be drawn up and published separately.
