Hui10 partners with China Mobile to launch Sports Lottery+ model in Jiangxi

Acceler8 Ventures Plc (LSE: AC8, "AC8" or the "Company") is pleased to announce an expanded commercial relationship with China Mobile and that Jiangxi Sports Lottery has approved Hui10 Inc. ("Hui10") to launch its Sports Lottery+ offering within China Mobile business halls and shops in Jiangxi Province.

China Mobile is the world's largest mobile network operator, with over 1 billion mobile subscribers across mainland China, and 30 million subscribers in Jiangxi province alone.

Under the rollout plan:

• China Mobile Jiangxi has agreed to market and promote Sports Lottery+ through its established customer communications and promotional channels.
• Hui10 will operate the authorised physical Sports Lottery+ units alongside its connected digital platform, which will support user acquisition and continuity of customer relationship.
• China Mobile customers introduced to Sports Lottery+ through China Mobile’s established environment, will participate in Sports Lottery activity within an authorised location inside the China Mobile trusted environment.
• They will also remain engaged through Hui10’s digital services after the initial transaction, providing a connected customer journey.

While dedicated lottery shops remain central to Sports Lottery distribution, for the first time, the China Mobile format adds an additional regulated physical setting with direct online customer acquisition.

The design of Hui10’s modular platform enables authorised physical lottery retail to connect with payment and merchant functionality, loyalty and rewards, digital promotions, Lucky World commerce and merchandise, and sports-engagement services.The same architecture that has been developed can accommodate further approved products and services as they are introduced to Hui10’s platform including the technical capability to support paperless play.
