Huddly AS – Last day of the subscription period in the subsequent offering – Board considering cancellation of the subsequent offering

Oslo, 25 September 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Huddly AS ("Huddly" or the "Company", ticker: HDLY) on 16 September 2026, regarding the commencement of the subscription period in the subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") of up to 500,000 new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares") at a subscription price of NOK 22.00 per Offer Share, raising gross proceeds of up to approx. NOK 11 million.

The subscription period in the Subsequent Offering will expire today, 25 September 2026, at 16:30 CEST.

Since the launch of the Subsequent Offering, the Company’s shares have traded below the subscription price in the Subsequent Offering, and the current trading price remains below the subscription price. Against this background, the Company’s Board of Directors is considering whether to cancel the Subsequent Offering. No decision to cancel the Subsequent Offering has been made. However, if the current market conditions persist, the Board will consider cancelling the Subsequent Offering closer to 16:30 CEST today, 25 September. The Company will publish a further stock exchange announcement once the Board has reached its decision.
