Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) receives approval from the bondholders in the written procedure for its senior secured deferred interest bonds
On 6 July 2026, Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) (the “Company”) initiated a written procedure (the “Written Procedure”) under its existing senior secured deferred interest bonds with ISIN SE0015797667 (the “Bonds” and each holder of Bonds, a “Bondholder”). The Written Procedure was initiated for the purpose of requesting the Bondholders’ approval of the implementation of the Amendments as summarised and defined in the Company’s press release dated 6 July 2026 and as further set out in the notice of Written Procedure which is available on the websites of the Company and Nordic Trustee & Agency AB (publ) (the “Agent”).
The Company today announces that the requisite quorum and votes were received in order to approve the Request and that the Written Procedure has accordingly been successfully concluded.
Specifically, Bondholders representing approximately 61.75 per cent. of the adjusted nominal amount of the Bonds participated in the Written Procedure, thereby forming a quorum, and 100 per cent. of the Bondholders so participating voted in favour of the Request. The Agent has today confirmed that the Request has been approved. The Request will come into effect upon the Agent being satisfied that it has received the documentation and evidence set out in the notice of Written Procedure, which date is expected to be no later than 31 August 2026.
