EnSilica (AIM: ENSI), a leading fabless microchip maker with a growing portfolio of reusable IP, serving the Space and Communications, Industrial, and Automotive markets, announces that as a result of completion today of the second tranche of the placing, subscription and retail offer, as announced on 7 July and 9 July 2026 (the "Fundraise"), the Company understands that the percentage interests in ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held by substantial shareholders is now as follows:
