Hexatronic Group AB (publ) has appointed Oscar Wärme as acting Head of Data Center and member of the Executive Management Team, effective August 1, 2026. He succeeds Martin Åberg as Head of Data Center, who decided to leave Hexatronic in June 2026.
Oscar Wärme joined Hexatronic in 2022 and currently serves as Head of M&A. He has played a key role in Hexatronic's acquisition strategy, operations and in the development of the company's focus on the Harsh Environment and especially the Data Center business areas. Prior to joining Hexatronic, Oscar held M&A positions at Loomis and deal advisory at KPMG.
In his new role, Oscar will be a member of Hexatronic's Executive Management Team and report to Rikard Fröberg, President and CEO. Martin Åberg will remain available to support a smooth transition.
"Oscar has been closely involved in the development of our Data Center business in both Europe and the US and brings a strong combination of strategic, operational and M&A experience. His knowledge of the business and our organisation make him well positioned to lead the business area during this transition period. I would also like to thank Martin for his valuable contributions to Hexatronic and wish him all the best going forward," says Rikard Fröberg, President and CEO of Hexatronic.
