Herantis Pharma Plc ("Herantis") has, on 30 July 2026, received a notification from Sp-Rahastoyhtiö Oy in accordance with chapter 9, section 10 of the Securities Market Act. According to the notification, holdings of the investment funds of Sp-Rahastoyhtiö Oy (Säästöpankki Kotimaa and Säästöpankki Pienyhtiöt) in Herantis have fallen below the level of 5 per cent, as a result of share transactions concluded on 29 July 2026.
