HELIOS SOLAR AG (ISIN: DE000A42D2N5, WKN: A42D2N, ticker symbol: HE8) herewith announces that, today, it has received the admission decision from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse) to the applied-for admission of its shares to trading on the regulated market (General Standard).
The first day of listing of the shares (Notierungsaufnahme) in the regulated market (General Standard), and therefore the first day of trading, is scheduled for 28 July 2026.
