Correction of the publication of the notification pursuant to Section 43 WpHG: Lim Ming How in his own name and on behalf of CCC Capital Management Pte Ltd, Singapore

On 12 September 2026, the Company published a notification pursuant to Section 43 WpHG submitted by Mr Lim Ming How on 10 September 2026. Due to a technical oversight, the publication did not state that the declaration had also been made on behalf of CCC Capital Management Pte Ltd, Singapore. Against this background, the notification is reproduced below in full:

“With regard to the fact that the voting rights held by CCC Capital Management Pte Ltd, Singapore (“CCC”), in HELIOS SOLAR AG have exceeded the threshold of 10 percent and that CCC’s voting rights are attributed to me, Lim Ming How, I hereby notify you, in my own name and on behalf of CCC, of the following pursuant to Section 43 WpHG:

Objectives pursued through the acquisition of the voting rights:

1. The investment is intended to generate trading profits and to implement CCC’s own investment strategy.

2. There is currently no intention to acquire any further voting rights, whether by purchase or otherwise, within the next twelve months. However, CCC reserves the right to make further acquisitions should suitable opportunities arise that are consistent with CCC’s objectives.

3. It is intended to exert influence on the composition of the administrative, management and supervisory bodies of HELIOS SOLAR AG.

4. At present, no material change to the capital structure of HELIOS SOLAR AG is intended, in particular with regard to the ratio of equity financing to debt financing and the dividend policy.

Source of the funds used for the acquisition:

CCC’s own funds were used to finance the acquisition of the voting rights. The voting rights are attributed to Mr Lim Ming How, who therefore did not provide any funds for the acquisition of the voting rights.”
