Helgeland Kraft AS - Successful green bond issuance
Helgeland Kraft AS (Scope: BBB-/Stable) has today issued NOK 500 million in a new 3-year senior unsecured green bond with a floating rate coupon of 3 months NIBOR + 0,70% p.a.
Settlement date for the new bond issue is set to 6 October 2026. The bond will be applied for listing at Nordic ABM.
Nordea acted as sole manager in the transaction.
