Helena Åfeldt appointed Vice President Investor Relations at Skanska Group

Helena Åfeldt has been appointed Vice President Investor Relations, Skanska Group. Helena who currently is Vice President Financial Support & Analysis at Skanska Group will succeed Antonia Junelind, as she takes on the role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Skanska US Civil. Helena will be reporting to Pontus Winqvist, Executive Vice President and CFO, Skanska Group, in her new position effective from January 1, 2027.

Her financial expertise, analytical perspective and understanding of Skanska make her very well qualified to lead our Investor Relations team and continue developing our dialogue with the capital markets. Helena has many years of experience from senior finance positions across several different parts of Skanska. Her previous roles include Finance Business Partner for Commercial Development and Regional Controller for Residential Development, giving her deep knowledge of both local and Group operations.
