Heimar hf.: CORRECTION: Regular Notification of Share Buybacks in Accordance with the Buyback Program
On 14 September 2026, Heimar hf. announced transactions in own shares under its share buyback program during week 37. The announcement stated that 939,700 own shares had been purchased for a total consideration of ISK 32,134,890, as detailed in the announcement.
Heimar has received corrected information from the service provider responsible for executing the share buyback programme, confirming that 1,114,000 own shares were purchased during that week for a total consideration of ISK 38,008,800, as detailed below. The service provider had failed to notify Heimar of a transaction on 11 September 2026 in accordance with the agreement governing the execution of the share buyback programme.

Heimar hf.'s announcements dated 21 September and 28 September 2026 are hereby corrected accordingly.
The share buyback programme is being executed in accordance with the Icelandic Public Limited Companies Act No. 2/1995, Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse, which has the force of law in Iceland pursuant to Act No. 60/2021 on Measures Against Market Abuse, and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052, which sets out technical standards for buyback programmes.
In case of any discrepancy between the English and Icelandic versions of this notice, the Icelandic version shall prevail.
