Hammertech receives NOK 6.6 million additional order for 10 AquaFieldTM Mud meters

Hammertech AS, a subsidiary of Nordic Technology Group AS ("NTG"), has received a new order for 10 AquaFieldTM Mud multiphase meters to be delivered by end of this year from a major international oilfield services company. The order has a value exceeding NOK 6.6 million and represents a further step in the commercial adoption of Hammertech's proprietary measurement technology.

The order has been placed under the previously announced three-year frame agreement between the parties. Following this latest order, the customer has purchased a total of 19 AquaFieldTM Mud meters, demonstrating continued confidence in the technology and its suitability for deployment across a range of drilling operations. Some of the units are scheduled for installation during 2026, including operations for leading oil and gas companies in North America and Europe.

The order comprises both onshore and offshore configurations of the AquaFieldTM Mud meter and will support the customer's continued international deployment of automated drilling solutions across multiple operational environments.

The order represents another important commercial milestone for Hammertech and further strengthens the company's position as a technology provider to the international drilling industry.

Growing Market Adoption With this latest order, Hammertech has now secured orders for 36 AquaFieldTM Mud meters. The company views this as a significant milestone in the commercialisation of the AquaFieldTM technology platform and a clear indication of growing market acceptance among leading international drilling and oilfield services companies.

The order further demonstrates the progress being made under the previously announced three-year frame agreement, under which the customer has indicated an expected offtake of approximately 90 AquaFieldTM Mud meters over the coming years. As drilling operations continue to become more automated and data-driven, Hammertech expects strong demand for real-time mud and solids measurement technologies going forward.
