20 July 2026
("AMS" or the "Group")
Winsford, UK: Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (AIM: AMS), the innovative tissue-healing medical device company delivering high-performing solutions for better patient outcomes, today announces a trading update for the six months ended 30 June 2026.
The Board is pleased to announce that it expects to report half year 2026 revenues of approximately £115.2 million (H1 2025: £110.8 million), despite some first half orders shipping later than planned in early July. In addition, good progress in the Group's strategic focus of expanding direct sales in Europe has led to some de-stocking, with a consequential impact on sales in the period. As reported in our preliminary results on 18 March 2026, first half performance was against a high comparator caused by order phasing of one key strategic partner in the Advance Closure division in H1 2025.
The integration of Peters Surgical and Syntacoll remains on track.
The Board remains confident of delivering full year 2026 EBITDA in line with current market expectations.
Chris Meredith, Chief Executive Officer of AMS, said: "With our strengthened portfolio, and a pipeline of exciting and significant opportunities, we remain confident in the future prospects of the Group and delivering sustained long-term value."
