– The Board of Directors of ANIMA Holding S.p.A. (EXM: ANIM), chaired by Patrizia Grieco, approved the Consolidated Half -Year Report at 30 June 2026 in a meeting held today.
Net inflows for the half year (excluding Class I insurance mandates) were negative for €5.2 billion (positive for €0.6 billion excluding the outflows of funds previously managed under the Etica SGR mandate). Assets under management and administration at the end of June 2026 amounted to €212.2 billion, compared with €206.6 billion at June 2025 (+3%).
Net recurring commissions amounted to €184.7 million (+3% compared with €179.0 million in H1 2025 ).
Performance fees amounted to €64.2 million, a sharp increase (+80%) compared with €35.6 million in H1 2025. Including performance fees and other income, total revenues amounted to €286.8 million, up 16% compared with €248.1 million in H1 2025.
Ordinary operating expense amounted to €79.6 million, up 1% compared with €78.8 million in H1 2025.
The overall cost/income ratio (excluding performance fees from total revenues) decreased from 37.1% to 35.8%.
Other income/expense includes the P&L impact of the acquisition of the remaining 20% stake in Castello SGR, completed at the end of June (a €3.1 million charge), and €4.0 million of income from the purchase and use of third -party tax credits. The prior -year figure included a €31.8 million one -off payment from a distributor, calculated by refere nce to net inflows over the previous five years. Despite the absence of this one -off income, profit before tax for the first half of 2026 amounted to €225.2 million, 5% above the €214.5 million recorded in the first half of 2025. Similarly, net profit amounted to €158.8 million (+3% compared with €153.9 million in H1 2025).
Adjusted net profit (which does not take into account extraordinary and/or non -cash income or charges, including amortisation of finite -life intangible assets and one -off income) amounted to €178.4 million in the first half of the year, an increase of 16% compared with €154.2 million in the first half of 2025.
Consolidated net financial position at 30 June 2026 was positive (net cash) for €604.3 million (compared with net cash of €211.3 million at 30 June 2025 and €491.2 million at 31 December 2025). The change since the beginning of the year reflects cash generation from operating activities, the appreciation in the value of the 1.7% sta ke in Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena and the payment of €162.6 million in dividends.
