GREEN OLEO: UPDATE ON THE EXECUTION OF THE OWN SHARE PURCHASE PROGRAM

GREEN OLEO (GRN:IM), a benefit company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and one of Europe's leading producers of fine oleochemicals from renewable and biodegradable sources, in relation to the own share purchase program initiated on April 29, 2025 by the Board of Directors in execution of the resolution of the ordinary shareholders' meeting of April 29, 2025 (for a period of 18 months from the date of approval by the Shareholders' Meeting), informs that in the period between July 6, 2026 and July 10, 2026 (inclusive), a total of 15,000 own shares were purchased, equal to 0.046% of the share capital, at a weighted average price of Euro 0.4466 per share, for a total consideration of Euro 6,699.00.
The purchases were made through Corporate Family Office SIM S.p.A. as the intermediary entrusted with the task of purchasing GREEN OLEO ordinary shares within the limits set by the Shareholders' Meeting.
Pursuant to art. 2, paragraph 3 of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1052/2016, the summary of the purchase transactions carried out on GREEN OLEO ordinary shares (ISIN IT0005549768), in the aforementioned reference period on a daily basis, is hereby provided in an aggregated and detailed form.

GREEN OLEO (GRN:IM – ISIN IT0005549768) is one of Europe's leading producers of fine oleochemicals from renewable and biodegradable sources, based in Cremona, established in 2012 in the context of the acquisition by the Buzzella Family of the entire share capital of the Company, through the contribution of a business unit historically active since 1923 in oleochemical production and previously owned by Croda Cremona S.r.l. The Company uses local raw materials, such as by-products from the food industry (acid oils mainly from olives and animal fats), which undergo internal chemical processes such as, by way of example, splitting, distillation, separation, fractionation, and hydrogenation, to obtain multiple oleochemical products such as distilled fatty acids with different matrices depending on the starting fat, stearic acids (stearines), oleic acid, glycerine, fatty acid derivatives (soaps), esters. The Company operates at the Cremona Plant, on an area of 64,000 sqm (of which approximately 20,000 sqm are covered) where 90 employees are employed, with an annual production capacity of 65,000 tons, of which 50,000 tons of fatty acids and glycerine and 15,000 tons of esters. The Company's customers are industrial entities operating in multiple sectors such as detergents, elastomers, candles, paints, rubber and tires, personal care and cosmetics, which through further processing specific to the destination sector, create the final products intended for the consumer.
