Grant of Restrictive Share Units
The Company announces the grant of a restricted share unit ("RSU") award with respect to ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to an Executive Director under the shareholder approved Triad Employee Share Incentive Plan and Directors' Remuneration Policy.
Jack Holland, Commercial Director, has been granted 50,000 RSUs where each RSU that vests shall represent the right to receive payment of one Ordinary Share. The exercise price of the RSUs is 385p per Ordinary Share. The RSUs are subject to continued service over a period of three years and satisfaction of customary performance conditions relating to achieving the minimum share price at grant of 385p.
Following the grant of this RSU award, Jack Holland holds a total of 50,000 RSUs, representing 0.29% of the current issued share capital.
