GPE fully lets Carrington House offices, W1 at record rents
GPE has fully let the office space at Carrington House, W1, after leasing more than 6,900 sq ft of Fitted workspace at record rents for the building of up to £105 per sq ft, 8.1% ahead of ERV.
Located in the heart of the West End, Carrington House is a prominent Grade II Listed building offering a range of amenities within immediate access to Mayfair and Soho. Over 8,800 sq ft of the total office space in the building was converted from Ready to Fit space into Fitted workspace, expanding GPE's Flex office portfolio.
